We provide free home delivery anywhere in the continental United States with the exception of Special Orders.

We ship to valid addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

All in-stock orders placed before 3 PM Monday-Friday typically ship the same business day and should arrive within 1 to 3 business days. If you need overnight or second day air service, please contact a customer support team toll-free at 1-844-500-8327.

If you need to return items, please call toll-free 1-844-500-8327 or email  returns@dme-plusllc.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on used hygiene products unless the product is unopened or is defective. To ensure acceptance of returned products, boxes should not be marked in any way. An RAN is mandatory.

We will arrange to have the product(s) picked up within 7-10 business days.

We will ship an appropriate product replacement(s) (if any) at no cost to you within 24 hours of your call or email. You can expect to receive the replacement within 1-4 business days.

We inspect and guarantee that all of our products are of the highest quality at the time of shipment. Please immediately contact customer support or call 1-844-500-8327 if your order arrives damaged. Please be aware that and misuse or misapplication of products is beyond our control and will void any warranty, expressed or implied.

DME-Plus LLC does not accept insurance of any type at this time. However, check with your insurance company to determine if you can be reimbursed for the product(s) purchased at cost.
